I have not received my mailed badge.

This information is for Otakon 2018.

If you pre-registered before Sunday, May 27th and selected the option to have your badge mailed to you, those badges will start to be mailed around the middle to end of July.

Badge mailing is handled by our registration provider, ShowClix.  You can view your order information on their website at: https://www.showclix.com/my-tickets/

Any badges that are returned to us will be available at the desk labeled "Badge Services" in our registration area.  Please check with our staff there on site if you had any issues receiving your mailed badge.
