When we first opened registration, there was a delay (typically 2-3 days) in importing those registrations into our main member database that serves our website. Our web ninjas have since fixed things so membership records get updated near instantly.
However, there are a still a number of reasons you may show up as Inactive, even though you have purchased a registration.
- The name, email you entered during registration did not exactly match your existing membership information. This typically results in a new membership id created.
- The "name on ticket" entered during registration was not a full name. When this happens, you're still registered, but the membership record on the website typically fails to get created. You can contact us via this helpdesk and we can fix your record.
- You have multiple membership records attached to a single email address. Currently, our Member's Only login page only logs you in to the oldest/lowest numbered member id for that email address. So while that record might show as inactive, there's probably another member id that has the 2018 record.
Again, if you have the registration confirmation from ShowClix (the one with the barcode), just bring that to registration (along with a photo id) to pick up your badge. You can view that confirmation here: https://www.showclix.com/my-tickets/
